  • Condition: Wonderful Condition. I don't see any chips, cracks, etc. The coloring on the 3 sides, not the front, show a different shading on and near the edges. The photo of the back, when you enlarge it, makes it look much worse in coloring and the little black dots show up much worse, too. This is all smooth to the touch. Very shiny finish. The inside is clean, but there is some darkening which to me indicates it was used as a planter.

    DESCRIPTION:
    Vintage Planter, Pen and Pencil Holder, etc.
    Front has a Black And White Cat Head surrounded with Greenery.  His ears are pink inside.  The Container has a Basket Weave look to it.  You can feel the pattern on the back more than the sides.
    Stamped on the bottom in black:
    JAPAN.
    APPROX. SIZE:
    Height 3 1/4" to tip of ears.   The base is:  3" Deep.  Bottom of base is not square so across the back is 2 5/8" and front is approx. 3 1/8".
    CONDITION:
    Please Read Above.  I had a problem getting the right coloring on the Planter because of using flash. Explained above Condition Description.
