SIGNAL EMCO FLASHLIGHT VINTAGE NO. 403 MCO FLASH LIGHT. The flash light is from 1954 according to the patient pending year on the light, so it show wear and tear. Not sure if it works, there is some corrosion on the inside of the light. There is a zip tie used to keep the head of the light in place since there is a crack from the head being screwed on to tight.
