Nice Alvarez 12 String w/ pick up and EQ 2000s Natural VGC

This is a really nice little 12-string manufactured in Korea for Alvarez, I believe in the mid-2000s It has no noticeable defects and plays well with low action and plenty of saddle left... The action is low at the 12th fret and very playable all up and down the neck, which is straight and plays well....The top is spruce and the back and sides are maple with excellent figuring on the back ...All in all a very nice guitar for the money... Could probably use a new set of strings... The guitar came to me without a hard case...A soft case / gig bag is included...Either way it will be shipped packed safely and in heavy duty box...
