Handmade Vintage Classical Guitar Anthony Lintner in Xlnt Condition w/ ChipCase

Description

Up for sale is a rare find vintage classical guitar handmade by Anthony Lintner in PA, USA.  I try to find some info about this maker online but couldn't find any. I guess he had made only very few guitars at that time and had no well-established enterprise. Anyway, the label reads "Scientific Guitars made with sense and craftsmanship" translated from Spanish. It is well-made guitar although not at concert quality. It has good volume and clear trebles with warm bass. My luthier has worked on this guitar with detail disclosure as following. Interestingly, there is no any braces under the soundboard. But it still produces amazing volume and tone.
Top: solid spruce without any braces underneath. No crack or sound board belly-up
Back/Sides/Neck: mahogany (laminated) and with no binding separation
Fretboard: looks like a very dark grade African ebony
Saddle/Nut: bone with 52 mm nut width
Scale length: 650 mm
String heights  at 12th fret: 5/32nd" at low E and 3/32" high E
Bridge: very dark ebony wood with reinforce pins on both sides. There was a slight bridge lift up before and it was glued tight and stays stable now.
Tuner: brand new Rubner tuner (German made)
Fret life: around 50-60% left and there is no fret buzz at this moment.
Case: come with chipboard case as shown in the picture. It is not in great condition but functional. Brand new hard case is available at additional cost if preferred.
