General Electric Personal Radio Charger Rapid Three W/ Radio 351L3A1X. Condition is "For parts or not working". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.Nice vintage GE handheld radio charger. I plugged it in, but no lights came on. That may because the radio battery is no good or the charger may be bad so I'm listing as non-working. It is a cool display piece though and I was told it was used by the railroad. The talk button on the side of the radio is broken as pictured. Feel free to make an offer.
