This figurine is signed by the artist, handpainted.
It is called "Willow With Cub" and states on stamp, "Acts of compassion and pearls of wisdom strung for thr delighy of heaven"
#739.  Backstamp in gokd lettering.
Colors are vibrant while also soft and muted.  Multicolored design in Native American style.  The attention to details is wonderful, with tiny flower petals, blue earrings, red handband trimmed in gold gilt, as well as around the yolk below her neckline, the gatheted fabric lines, and her little barefoot peeking out the bottom of her dress makes her such an enduring little girl.  The face is beautiful with such fine and lovely features!
Measurements are approximately as follows :
