Antique German photo folding camera MENTOR KLAPP GOLTZ & BREUTMANN for repair

a rare antique Mentor Folding camera
made in Germany by Goltz & Breumann.
Serial number is 12108. I found it quite difficult to identify the camera, there is not much info about it available online.
From what I read is a Klapp model (could be model II but not sure) made in the 1920s but I may be wrong here. Please correct me if you think differently.
The camera is in pretty good cosmetical conditon as observed but NOT idea about its working condition because I am not familiar with it. The curtain seems in good shape. It was down...I managed to put it up but do not know how to move it again and do not want to force it in any way. I do not not manage to change the aperture. I just see it fully closed.
The optics seem to be fine. No visible scratches or fungus. The lens are Steinheil Munchen.
The shutter does NOT seem to work but the rest of the knobs seem to move ok as they should however I did not test the camera with a film hence sold untested as is.
Assume not working. Good for parts or to recover useful parts of this rare model.
Unsure if complete or not since not familiar with the camera.
